Q. Can I make an advance booking?

A. Yes. All our transfers are prebooked and pre-paid.

 

Q. What payment method do you accept?

A. We accept credit or debit card. Payment can be taken through the site via Stripe or by phone, call our 24/7 payment line on 01483 331 240.

 

Q. How do I make a Booking?

A. You can make a booking on our instant online booking system, or you can also email us on info@britishexpresscars.co.uk or call us on 01483 331 240 or +44 (0) 1483 331 240.

Q. How do I track my driver?

A. Our driver will send a SMS or call you on arrival. If you do not hear from our driver and want an update on your booking call our customer service centre on 01483 331 240. or +44 (0) 1483 331 240.

 

Q. We have child traveling with us do you provide child seat?

A. Yes. We do provide child seat; you can request if required. (Maximum of 3)

 

Q. Can I smoke in the car?

No. We have strict no smoking policy in all our vehicles.

 

Q. Can I amend my booking?

A. Yes, you can amend your booking by logging in to your profile. Or you can make amendment by calling our customer service team on 01483 331 240. or +44 (0) 1483 331 240.

 

Q. Do you charge waiting time at the airport/cruise-port?

A. Pickups from the airports and cruise ports are allow 00 minutes free from landing or docking time. Any further waiting time will be charged at 50p per minute, plus car parking (minimum £10.00).

Q. Are your quoted fares fixed fares?

A. All our fares are fixed, expect in certain circumstances, when our driver had to wait longer than the allocated free waiting time, or if there’s any additional drop offs, pickups, or diversions there will be additional charges.

 

Q. What types of transfer do you specialise in?

A. We specialise in all airport transfers; however, we do provide other transfers such as, cruise-port transfers, train station transfers, hotel transfers and transfers from and to any UK destination.
